Stan Cromlish

Meet Stan Cromlish — the voice behind Wandering Gypsy RV Life
Full-time road warrior, part-time repair wizard, and always a storyteller at heart. Whether it’s wrangling Schwintek slides, battling campground WiFi, or fixing a front cap in a thunderstorm, Stan brings heart, humor, and hard-won lessons from the road. With Bertie Bea (his trusty Tiffin 34PA), Rosie the tow car, and a legacy that started with Bessie the Class C, Stan’s RV life isn’t just a journey — it’s a rolling narrative.
Host of the Wandering Gypsy RV Life podcast, he shares tips, tales, and the occasional cautionary tale (never forget the awning incident). He’s got a knack for turning life’s detours into teachable moments, and his love for the open road is only matched by his passion for community and connection.
From cracked windshields to convention floors, if it happens in RV life, Stan’s living it — and telling it like it is.
Meet the Rolling Tribe: Bertie Bea & Rosie
Every wandering gypsy needs a trusty ride (or two). For me, that’s Bertie Bea and Rosie — my dynamic duo on the open road.

Bertie Bea is my home on wheels, a 2016 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 34PA. With her spacious living quarters, reliable Ford V10 engine, and all the creature comforts I need, she’s more than just an RV — she’s my traveling sanctuary. Whether we’re navigating mountain passes or setting up camp on a lakeshore, Bertie Bea is always up for the adventure, welcoming fellow wanderers with a cup of coffee and a comfy seat.

Then there’s Rosie — the nimble sidekick. Towed behind Bertie Bea, Rosie’s my go-to for exploring small towns, grabbing supplies, or finding that perfect fly-fishing spot off the beaten path. She’s always ready to roll with her rugged spirit and reliable build, proving that big things come in small, road-tested packages.
Together, Bertie Bea and Rosie are more than just vehicles — they’re part of the tribe. Wherever we roam, they’re always ready to hit the road, make memories, and turn miles into stories.
